Turn Around Timing - Please allow two weeks from time of order to time to ship. We make to order.

Shipping and Handling - through USPS and usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery once accessory is shipped.

Returns - To make returns please contact us through email, info@madelineaccessories.com. All return orders will be issued a credit for a new item. All product is custom made and is why we do not refund.
